Department of Automobile Engineering and Mechanical Engineering of Paavai College of Engineering has organized a Webinar on “Advanced Composite Materials for Industry 4.0” on 8.09.2021.
The Guest Speaker Mr. SANTHOSH MOZHUGUAN SEKAR., M.E., (Ph.D.), Assistant Professor & Research Coordinator, Former Research Associate DST-SERB & DRDO Research Grants, Selvam Composite Material Research laboratory (SCMRL), Selvam College of Technology, Namakkal had delivered his speech on Advanced Composite Materials for Industry 4.0.
The virtual meeting was chaired by Dr. A. Immanuvel, Principal, and Paavai College of Engineering and followed by Dr.J.Narendran, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Paavai College of Engineering and faculty members and students from various departments has participated in it.
The Guest Speaker Mr. Santhosh Mozhuguan Sekar had delivered an excellent lecture on Industrial evolution, 4th Industrial evolution, Building blocks of industry 4.0, Potential industrial products implications, Potential consumer products implications impact of industry, Advanced smart materials. He also, conducted an ICE breaker session to encourage student’s participation over the webinar.
Earlier, Mr.S.Abishek Shani – Final year Mechanical Engineering has given a warm welcome address to the guest speaker and participants. Mr.V.Shankar – Final year Mechanical Engineering introduced Chief Guest and Mr.J.K.Dhanaprakasam, Final Year Automobile has delivered Vote of Thanks.
