A one-day webinar was organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering on 02.05.2025 at Paavai College of Engineering on the topic “Theory of Computation.” The session was attended by second-year students from the Computer Science and Engineering and CSE (Cyber Security) departments.
The guest speaker, Mrs. M. Agalya, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Vivekanandha College of Technology for Women, Tiruchengode, delivered an insightful presentation on the fundamental concepts of Automata Theory, Formal Languages, Grammars, Computability, and Complexity Theory.
The welcome address and introduction of the chief guest were given by Ms. Monisha Raman and Ms. D. Keerthika, second-year students of Computer Science and Engineering. The Head of the Department, along with faculty members from both departments, graced the occasion with their presence. A total of 150 students participated in the webinar.
