A Webinar on “Emerging Trends in smart power plugs with Android Application” was organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Paavai College of Engineering on 21.08.2021.
N. Balaji of Third year delivered the welcome address. E. Suvalakshmi of Third year introduced the resource person.
The webinar was given by Er. PARTHIBAN MANICKAM, Technical Product Manager, Caliber Embedded India Pvt. Ltd., Salem. He gave information on Smart plug Technology.
He explained the designing aspects of Smart Plugs. He insisted the need of updating the latest technology in our field to be competent. He advised the students to be strong in the fundamentals.
Head of the department Prof. D. Saravanan gave the felicitation address. Faculty members and students of various department took part. Second Year student Logeshwaran proposed the vote of thanks.
