The Review and Re-View programme is organized for third year students of Paavai College of Engineering. The meeting was held on 10.08.2023 in Tata Hall,PCT. Shri. CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions is the resource person. The programme started with the prayer song followed by tamilthai valthu. Mr.E.Tamizhan, Third Year CSE, welcomed the gathering.
The main objective of this program is to review the goal and to make them understand the significance of goal setting through which they can succeed in their life.
He defined the goal and insisted the students to review the goal and to accomplish the goal. He elaborated the seven points where everyone need to take control of their life to be in progress and successful. Further he described the factors for not setting goal and failure of goal. He expounded about fixing smart goals. He shared the opportunities available for engineering courses in various companies of government sector and private sector. He instructed everyone to create a vision of who you want to be in next ten years. As he said earlier, he has shown the proof of the goal set and achieved.
He further narrated the life incidences of Mrs.Priya and Mrs.Vijayalashmi. Mrs.Priya, though she came from very poor family, as she had proper goal she work towards it and reached the high position and made her family economically high. Then Mrs. Vijaylakshmi, born in rich family who had not set the goal and not able to take proper decision miserably lost her life. From the stories, he inferred that the goal and self-confidence were the pivotal factors to make a person successful in their career, whether they are rich or poor. Finally he concluded by stating that,” Best Preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today”.
All the students of Third Year Paavai College of Engineering are the beneficiaries from this programme. Mr.M.P.Venkat Vijay, Third Year has delivered the Vote of Thanks.
