Department of Automobile Engineering and Mechanical Engineering of Paavai College of Engineering have organized a Webinar on “Vehicle performance simulation” on 26.08.2021.
The Guest Speaker Mr.R.Praveen Kumar, Senior Engineer, Powertrain CAE, Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, Bangalore had delivered his speech on Vehicle performance simulation.
The virtual meeting was chaired by Dr. A. Immanuvel, Principal, Paavai College of Engineering and followed by Dr. J.Narendran, Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Paavai College of Engineering and faculty members and students from various departments has participated in it.
The Guest Speaker Mr.R.Praveen Kumar, had delivered an excellent lecture on Vehicle attributes, Engine performance, Turbo charger, simulation(CAE), Vehicle performance, Vehicle performance simulation, Fuel economy simulation, simulation demo, Finally, he discussed the numerous opportunities available in gamma technologies and MAT lab. He also, conducted an ICE breaker session to encourage student’s participation over the webinar.
Earlier, Mr.V.Srinath- Final year Mechanical Engineering has given a warm welcome address to the guest speaker and participants. Mr.V.Shankar- Final year Mechanical Engineering introduced Chief Guest and Mr.J.K.Dhanaprakasam, Final Year Automobile student had delivered Vote of Thanks.
