A one day workshop on recent trends in Engineering – Tech carnival’19 was organized by the departments of Automobile, Civil, CSE , ECE,EEE and Mechanical Engineering on 12.06.2019.The inaugural function was presided over by Dr. M.Devi, Principal of Paavai College of Engineering. In her presidential address she emphasized the students to explore their potential, experience the value of their potential and utilize it hundred percent effectively to enhance their standard in all aspects. She wished that the students should make their life to be an example for the future generation and not as the reverence of warning. She highlighted that the day one of the academic year is to be ‘the day of awakening’. She concluded her address with the advice to utilize the workshop effectively.The welcome address was delivered by Prof.S.Vishnupriya, Associate Professor-Civil. Heads of all the departments and the faculty members graced the occasion. Final year Civil Engineering Student R.Abarna read the prelude. Prof.K.Saranya AP/Civil proposed the vote of thanks.
