Introduction:

The Hostel Committee aims to provide students with a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment during their academic journey. It focuses on ensuring that hostel facilities are well-maintained and that students’ needs related to accommodation, food, security, and general well-being are met.

Objectives:

Ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained hostel environment for students
Provide efficient hostel management services, meeting students’ needs for accommodation, food, and amenities.
Foster a sense of community, discipline, and cooperation among hostel residents.
Organize programs that promote health, social engagement, and personal development among students.

Responsibilities:

Manage admissions and room allocation in accordance with institutional policies and available resources.
Monitor food quality, addressing dietary concerns, and ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Provide essential amenities like laundry services, recreational facilities, and study rooms.
Conduct regular meetings with hostel residents to gather feedback, address concerns, and improve hostel services.
