Hostel Committee
Introduction:
The Hostel Committee aims to provide students with a safe, comfortable, and conducive living environment during their academic journey. It focuses on ensuring that hostel facilities are well-maintained and that students’ needs related to accommodation, food, security, and general well-being are met.
Objectives:
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained hostel environment for students
- Provide efficient hostel management services, meeting students’ needs for accommodation, food, and amenities.
- Foster a sense of community, discipline, and cooperation among hostel residents.
- Organize programs that promote health, social engagement, and personal development among students.
Responsibilities:
- Manage admissions and room allocation in accordance with institutional policies and available resources.
- Monitor food quality, addressing dietary concerns, and ensuring nutritional needs are met.
- Provide essential amenities like laundry services, recreational facilities, and study rooms.
- Conduct regular meetings with hostel residents to gather feedback, address concerns, and improve hostel services.
