Introduction

            The Grievance and Redressal Committee was established with the aim of cultivating a supportive and conducive learning environment for all members of the academic community, promoting trust, equity, and accountability within the institution. It focuses on addressing issues specific to students, faculty, and stakeholders within the academic setting.

Objectives

  • Provide students with a robust support system to address grievances with confidence and trust, ensuring they feel valued and integral to our institution.
  • Solicit regular student feedback to enhance our grievance redressal system.
  • Establish a structured framework for resolving student and stakeholder grievances, ensuring fairness and transparency.
  • Analyze issues and recommend actions to authorities for prompt resolution to the best of our knowledge and abilities.
  • Implement a monitoring system to oversee the functioning of the Grievance Redressal Policy and acknowledge its effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze grievances and recommend actions to authorities for prompt resolution.
  • Ensure complaints are heard, investigated, and resolved promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain records of all complaints and their resolutions, including necessary corrective measures.
  • Educate students and faculties about their rights and responsibilities to prevent grievances.
