The Institution’s Innovation Council in association with department of Civil Engineering has organized a Webinar on “Developing Online repository of start – ups developed and way forward plan” on 23.08.2022 from 11.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Er.R.V.Vivinkumar, Proprietor of VINZ CIVILZ, Coimbatore was the resource speaker.
The Webinar started with the welcome address given by A. Kumaraguru, Final year Civil Engineering, Paavai College Engineering. The chief guest introduction was given by Nikalya.S, Third year Artificial intelligence & data science. Dr.A.Immanuvel, Principal and President of IIC gave valuable Inaugural address about the innovation based start-ups.
The session was continued with the chief guest Er.R.V.Vivinkumar on the topic of online repository of start-ups developed. He gave brief introduction about institutional Repository. The speaker has kindled the curiosity of the entire student participants on their innovative thinking and idea formulation. The session mainly focused on Problem Identification, Idea Generation and Innovative Thinking. In his speech he gave detailed explanation about Financials and financial approach to kick start project, business plans and Introduction to the Start-up Communities and new Start-ups. The session ended with a Vote of thanks by Fahath, Third year Artificial intelligence & data science.
Dr.J.Narendran, Vice President of IIC, Mr.S.Prabhu, Convener of IIC, Heads of all the departments, faculty members of various Departments, and around 85 students of various departments were present in the workshop session.
