A webinar on the title “Project Management using Primavera” was organized by Department of Civil Engineering, Paavai College of Engineering on 17.09.2021.
Mr.B.Dineshkumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai was the chief guest for the day. Mrs.P.Priyadharsini, AP/Civil, Paavai College of Engineering welcomed the gathering and gave a brief introduction about the chief guest.
Our Principal Dr.A.Immanuvel, gave valuable Inaugural address about the applications of soft wares in the field of Civil Engineering. Head of Department Mr.P.Kalimuthu honoured the Chief Guest and began the session. Mr.B.Dineshkumar in the session he explained project management, scheduling, risk analysis, opportunity management, resource management, collaboration and control capabilities, and integrates with other enterprise software such as Oracle and SAP’s ERP systems. He explained how to handle large and small projects in a number of diverse industries, such as construction, manufacturing, energy & IT. It has been doing so more than 30 years in projects across the globe .The queries from the students were effectively replied by the chief guest. Finally the vote of thanks was delivered by Ms.P.Srinithi/AP/Civil, our webinar was successfully concluded.
