The Review and Re-View programme was organized for 2nd, 3rd and final year Students of Paavai College of Engineering from 05-08-2019 to 17-08-2019 at Brilliant Hall, PCE in 3 batches. The programme commenced with the prayer song followed by lighting of the lamp by Smt. Mangai Natarajan, the Correspondent along with the dignitaries. Thiru.C.A.N.V.Natarajan,Chiarman,Paavai Educational Institutions delivered his motivational speech on the title Review and Re-View. In his speech, he recalled the student’s goal which was set in the first year and he enquired about the present state of their set goal. He narrated the life incidents of Ms.Shanmugapriya and Mr.Muthan, to make the students understand the intricacies of life, which enabled the students to realize the importance of education. He affirmed that the winning percentage of people is high who have the practice of writing their goals by quoting the success story of Dr.C.Palanivelu, the Founder of GEM Hospitals.He motivated the students with the “success circle” which was formulated & experienced by Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam. He also insisted that education is the most powerful weapon for changing the world, for eliminating poverty, for reducing the disparity between caste, creed and for removing gender discrimination. He expounded and enumerated the different career opportunities and he mapped them with regard to engineering courses, students interest and goal. Finally, he advised the students to follow and adhere to the discipline and culture of the college, because culture defines the identity of an individual. Students from each batch gave feedback. The programme came to an end with the National Anthem.
