Mr. R. Prabu, Associate Professor & Head, Department of ECE & BME, has 14 years of teaching and 4 years of research experience in the area of VLSI Design. He has graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with First Class from K.S.R College of Engineering during the year 2006. He has obtained his Master degree in VLSI Design with Distinction from K.S.R College of Technology, Tirichengode. He has 3 publications in International and National Journals and 12 papers in International and National conferences in the area of VLSI Design. He was awarded and rewarded with more than 7 merit certificates and gold coins for his achievement in the field of Technical Education. He is acting as Question paper setter for Deemed Universities and presented more than 10 Guest Lectures in Various Institutions. He has completed the course of Business English Certification preliminary level certified by University of Cambridge, ESOL Examinations. Course materials were prepared in the easiest way for the better understanding and expertise in the engineering subjects to the average students as well by him and enhanced the betterment of student community. He is one of the Squad Member in Anna University Examination. As a dedicated teaching fraternity Professor for higher learning Institution, He is the role model for his students with more social responsibilities based on our society needs.
