Introduction:

The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in shaping the career trajectory of students by acting as a link between academia and industry. It is dedicated to preparing students for professional success by equipping them with the skills and opportunities needed to excel in the job market.

Objectives:

Facilitate employment and internship opportunities for students by building strong relationships with industries and organizations.
Bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements, ensuring students are job-ready.
Enhance students’ employability skills through workshops, training programs, and career guidance sessions.
Support students in achieving successful placements, thereby enhancing the institution’s reputation.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue placement opportunities by reaching out to local, national, and global companies for recruitment drives.
Conduct pre-placement training programs and industry interaction sessions to prepare students for professional challenges.
Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and other preparatory sessions to refine students’ communication and presentation skills.
Assist students in securing internships, offering hands-on experience and practical exposure to the professional world.
