Extra – Curricular Activities Committee

Introduction:

The Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) Committee is dedicated to enriching students’ holistic development by providing opportunities to explore interests beyond academics. It fosters an inclusive environment that promotes creativity, teamwork, leadership, and social well-being.

Objectives:

Organize diverse extracurricular activities that enhance students’ skills and holistic development.
Promote participation in events to cultivate teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Represent the institution at intercollegiate, regional, and national levels, showcasing student talents.
Foster a sense of community and values such as discipline, respect, and collaboration among students.

Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule a balanced annual calendar of extracurricular events.
Manage budgets and allocate resources for events to ensure successful execution.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them balance academics with extracurricular commitments.
Maintain detailed records of activities, participation, and achievements for documentation and recognition.
