Introduction:

The Admission Committe of our college ensures a transparent, efficient, and student-friendly admission process in compliance with Anna University and government regulations. It facilitates smooth enrolment while providing comprehensive guidance to prospective students. 

Objectives:

  • Streamline the admission process in alignment with Anna University’s guidelines and government regulations.
  • Ensure transparency and fairness in admission procedures, adhering to eligibility criteria, merit lists, and reservation policies.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective students and their families about programs, eligibility, and application processes.
  • Maintain clear communication and accurate records of all applicants throughout the admission cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Issue timely admission notifications and advertisements across multiple platforms as per Anna University schedules.
  • Verify applicant documents thoroughly, including academic records and reservation certificates, to confirm eligibility.
  • Manage the fee payment process for admitted students, ensuring compliance with university guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of applicants and admissions for compliance and future reference.
